Before: Arrive with clean lashes — no mascara, eye makeup, or oil-based products — and skip caffeine if it makes it hard to relax with your eyes closed.
After: Keep lashes dry for 24 hours, avoid oil-based cleansers and mascara, and brush lashes gently each morning.
Fills: Book your fill 2–3 weeks after your full set. If more than about 40% of your extensions have shed, a new full set may be needed.
